How does your first & final payment work?
We will begin to create your new website if the first half of your purchase is completed. If you are satisfied with our work and would like to host it yourself, you can pay the other half of your purchase. Keep in mind that a 10% late fee is charged if you do not pay 14 days after the date of invoice.
How long does your process take?
You can specify a due date that is a minimum of two weeks from your purchase date. If you want your website to be completed sooner, we can do so for an additional fee.
How can I manage my new website after you are done with it?
Create your WordPress account here if you don't have one and send us your username. We will then make you the admin of your new website. If you need help, we provide video tutorials on how to manage your website. You can remove our users from your new website if you wish.
